Indication
1)Working/Exercise (Day Time): Required for wearing
2)Resting/ Sleeping (Night Time): Not required for wearing
3)Adaptation period: In the first week, up to 2 hours a day (gradually increase the time)
Things to note: 1. If allergic rash occurs on the skin after use, please stop using it immediately and seek medical treatment. 2. The product should be comfortable to wear and should not affect blood circulation.
1.Cleaning: Can be washed by hand with warm water or adding a small amount of detergent.

Duration of compliance
Mild: wear for at least half a year or more
Severe cases: wear for at least 1 year or more
If there is still pain when not wearing, we suggest continuing wearing it.
